The delegation held consultations with the national authorities and with representatives of non-governmental organisations active in areas of concern to the CPT. In addition, the delegation discussed certain matters with officials from the mission of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Greece. A list of the national authorities and organisations with which the delegation held talks is set out in Appendix II to this report.
